Demand for housing is highest in Perth Town Centre and in most of Highland and Eastern Perthshire.

Demand, and hence waiting time, for flatted accommodation in the outer areas of Perth is not quite so high but nevertheless it may be some time before we will be able to assist you.  You can however be assured that your application will be appraised solely on need and in accordance with our published Letting Policy.  No priority is given to the length of time applicants have waited on the Housing Register.
