
The best judges of how well or how poorly we organise and deliver services are the people who live in our homes.
We're keen for people to share their views - especially if it helps us improve the way we do things.
Our message board has been provided to encourage open discussion amongst anyone interested in or affected by our activities. Please note however, that it is closely monitored and any inappropriate or offensive remarks will be deleted immediately.
We also have a Viewpoint Panel consisting of around 100 residents who have agreed to complete a short postal survey up to 2 times a year. These surveys cover a wide range of topics and provide us with valuable information we can use to improve our services.
