The best judges of how well or how poorly we organise and deliver services are the people who live in our homes.

Through our Residents Democracy strategy, we provide tenants with a number of options and vehicles for influencing the decision-making process. This zone provides a further opportunity to comment on the hot issues of the day.

This is how "You Said It" works. In the course of any year we review / develop a whole range of policy and service improvement initiatives.

Three or four times a year we will post a summary of our proposals for a particular service or initiative on the "You Said It" zone and invite you to comment and make suggestions. This subject will usually mirror the current "ViewPoint" questionnaire and your views will be taken into account when we report back to the Residents Panel and the Management Board.
