How we let our homes

We allocate all of our rented homes on the basis of the housing needs of individual applicants.  The demand for good quality, affordable homes in Perthshire is significantly greater than availability.   As such we operate a points system as the fairest means of ensuring those most in need are given greatest priority.  This points system takes account of all the relevant circumstances of the applicant.  It is described in full in our Lettings Policy.

The Lettings Policy explains that we are a member of the Perthshire & Kinross Common Housing Register.  By completing and returning a single Registration Form you will be accepted onto the Register and can be considered for housing by both ourselves and Perth and Kinross Council.   When completing the form you can specify the location in which you would like to live and also if you do not want to be considered for housing by a particular landlord.
