Tom - We have taken your comments on board and have issued a letter to all residents, reminding them that they have one designated parking space per household and the visitors spaces are not to be used for second family cars.

car parking in junction road kinross 1 familly are using 2 or somtimes 3 spaces i think this is a bit much as 2 of the spaces are for visitors that they feel they have to use most nights surely the spaces could be marked so everyone knows who has the use of what.

Tenant - If you wish to move to an area that is not part of the Perth and Kinross Common Housing Register, you may have to apply directly to the housing providers who operate in the particular area you wish to move to. Not all areas have a common housing register, so you may need to apply individually to the local authority and other housing associations who operate in that area. There are also a number of homeswap websites you can register with if you are interested in a mutual exchange to that area.
If you would like more information and advice on your specific circumstances, please contact a member of our housing team at our office on 01738 441088 or email info@perthha.co.uk.

In relation to finding homes, how does PHA handle transfers from PHA to other HAs that don't form part of PHAs Common Housing Register?
E.G: Should a PHA resident require relocation, not mutual exchange from Perth to Newcastle

Graham – Owners who receive services from the Association have the right to be consulted about issues which affect them directly. The Association actively engages with owners and sharing owners as a specific group about any proposed changes or improvements to the services they receive. Furthermore, our resident democracy policy states we will actively support and encourage groups of sharing owners and owners who wish to act collectively in discussions with the association about these services. However, as an outright owner, most of the decisions made by the Association will have very little or no impact on the services you receive. If you wish to discuss ways in which you can remain involved in any decisions which may affect you, please contact our Housing Services Director Garry Savage directly.
