Graham – Thank you for your comments. The Association is committed to consulting with all tenants and residents who will be affected by the proposed merger. However, Homeowners who purchase a stake in their property through the Shared Equity Scheme are not affected by any decisions made by the Association. The shares in these properties are owned by the Scottish Government., not PHA. Neither the Scottish Government or PHA have any say in the management of homes purchased through this scheme.

Anon - The Resident’s Panel is a Registered Tenants Organisation and is not designed to be a representative group for 100% owners. The Association is committed to consulting with sharing owners on issues which affect them directly.

I am not surprised that even the chairman can not get everyone included in what he says about the merger with pha & SERVITE as at the end he refers to staff and tenants no word about shared owners, shared equity,or people that have bought the rest of the shared ownership.

how can it be a resident panel when i know a resident that now owns his house being exclude from the panel because a few (tenats) where not happy about him being on the panel,

been in touch about this since dec 2009 and keep getting told that you are awaiting info from contractors.The associations lack of communication about this problem is surprising given that i brought this problem to their attention in the first instance
