Have to disagree with Anon. I like the new look site and found a lot of useful info browsing through the links in the "Available Homes" section. It also describes the different tenure options.

In relation to choice for Housing in Perth, the only thing I am getting from your website is; Affordable Homes, and Shared Ownership Schemes available. Surely their is more choice that Perhshire Housing offers...............

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the callout guy who came quickly to our rescue when our close lights went out, he made sure we where safe, and led us down the dark close with his torch, lights where fixed right away, nice to know pperthshire housing have people like this to help us when we need them

Totally agree about new houses in Ainslee, Muirton. Know that many people went after these so please can PHA speak to the relevant tenants about tidying up front and rear gardens.

Could PHA please speak to the relevant tennants regarding tidying up gardens etc of the new houses in Ainslee Gardens. Get rid of the caravans, litter and rubbish lying around here and make that extra effort to look after them, a positive start in the regeneration of Muirton please!

Please could PHA again chat to the residents of 2-8 St Andrew st was noted that some of the residents where setting off fireworks in the carpark at new year and my opinion is that they were too dangerously close to other flats, cars and done in an unsafe environment.

I WOULD LIKE TO SEE ON THE WEB -SITE AN UP-DATED PICTURE OF THE STAFF AT PHA ALSO STAFF NAMES SO WHEN YOUR TALKING ON PHONE TOO STAFF AT LEAST YOU HAVE A IDEA WHO YOU ARE TALKING TOO.

i attended one of your meetings in highland Perthshire late last year. Please follow these up. we dont live in the sticks and many tenants will play a role if they have the chance on their own dorstep rather than travelling to Perth
