
In an emergency situation, we may be able to carry out repairs that would normally be your responsible.
We offer this service where tenants have no alternative, for example losing keys.
Ideally you should pay for this before the work is carried out. We will charge you a fixed amount, which may be slightly more or less than the actual cost of the work.
If you cannot pay beforehand, you will need to sign a repayment agreement to pay the cost of the work in full, or in installments. This can be paid along with your rent, using any of the following payment methods:
Allpay card; Direct Debit; Cheque; online at allpay.net; or by telephone on 0844 557 8321 using a credit or debit card.
Please note that some insurance providers may cover the cost of these repairs.
