We would like to remind you that, during this holiday period, our emergency repairs service will still operate. This service is operated by First Call. If you need to use the emergency repairs service, you will be put through to their call centre when the office is closed.

We strongly emphasise that you should only use this number if you have a genuine emergency repair, as we are unable to deal with any other enquiries.

Remember – if your call does not relate to a genuine emergency repair, you may be preventing someone who does need our urgent assistance from contacting us.
