Rent payment

You can pay your rent by the following methods:

• At any Post Office and Paypoint outlet. Use your Allpay swipe card to make a payment in a number of locations anywhere in the UK!
• Telephone 0844 557 8321 or call our office - using your debit or credit card
• Internet ( Allpay.net ) using your credit or debit card
• Direct Debit - contact us to arrange this, having your bank details to hand

You can also pay any rechargeable invoice using the above methods

Rent Arrears

If you are experiencing difficulty in paying your rent it is important that you contact us . 

Our staff team is trained to give you advice and we will try to arrive at a sensible repayment plan taking your other financial commitments into account.  You will find our staff non-judgemental, practical and keen to help.

You may find our free, confidential Benefits Advice Service particularly helpful.  Our Benefits Advice Officer can assess your circumstances and help you claim any benefits you may be entitled to receive.

Rent Enquiries

We will be happy to provide you with an up-to-date statement of your rent account upon request.  We will also provide you with replacement payment cards and details of payment by Direct Debit.
