
We provide our tenants with a comprehensive maintenance service. Sharing owners are responsible for arranging or carrying out repairs within their home - and their rent is less because of this.
We accept responsibility
for repairs arising in rented properties as a result of fair wear and tear.
If however, repair work is necessary due to carelessness, neglect or other
actions by tenants then, if we undertake the repair, we will ask that you
pay the cost of the work. You will also be required to pay an administration
charge over and above this cost.
We aim to complete repairs within the following timescales:
Emergency Repairs
- (Including Fire, Flood, no electric, gas or water and general safety hazards)
Attend within 6 hours and make safe. Complete full repair
within 24 hours.
Urgent Repairs
- (including electrical repairs, no heating or hot water, water leaks)
Repair within 4 working days .
Routine Repairs
- (All other repairs fall into this category)
Repair within 10 working days.

Our out of hours emergency repairs number is 0131 529 1419. This number should only be used in a genuine emergency when our office is closed.
